What User doesn't like about Sampoorna Vegetarian Surprise:
I was very impressed by the menu here, but the curries weren't thrilling, and were small for their price: the sag didn't taste like spinach; the biryani was interesting but more yoghurty than I expected. I was surprised at the use of mock meat, given the legume orientation of Indian vegetarian cooking. A great option if you are studying or working at deakin. sampoorna is a short drive away. delicious food and a great choice of vegan options.

This place has great food really great food. It is run by a family and the mother is a great cook. The Aloo Bhuna is fantastic. My daughter loves the Gobi Manchurian. It si a small cafe with about 6 tables if you want to eat in. Really friendly family business. Easy parking. Great for takeaways as well.
Excellent vegetarian food. Food has always been consistent. Family restaurant in the local suburb. Staff are friendly and can cater for different requirements. Can also do no onion and no garlic. Just ring day before and advise of any specific requirements.
Good service and tasty food, we were offered a variance of spice levels (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/hot, hot). Prices could be about 20% lower.
