And always provided with good food and service. Reasonably priced and friendly people to serve. No hesitation in recommending anyone to eat and drink here.

Great little cafe near the theatre. Very reasonable prices with lots of choice and far more friendly than the big places on the main strip in Blackburn Rd. We often have light lunch there and plan on doing breakfast tomorrow. Nice and clean and the people are extremely friendly, nothing is a bother.
We had coffee here before we went to a movie next door. The coffee was very good. They have cake and light meals to eat in or take away as well.
The staff was friendly at this restaurant. The decor was older but acceptable. There was a lot of stock piled up, making it difficult to access the toilet. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access. The sink was brightened up with artificial flowers but was still quite dirty, as was the floor. The coffee was quite good, but the food was terrible. The toasted sandwiches were okay, but the hot food looked like it was days old, with a stew or curry covered in a wrinkled film. Other items like pastries and lasagna looked tired. I opted for a salad due to concerns about the hot food. I chose the Caesar salad, but the eggs were rubbery and the iceberg lettuce was discolored. The mushroom salad had nice mushrooms but was ruined by a terrible sweet chili sauce. It's a shame because the location is great, right next to the movies. The elderly customers dining there deserve better.
