She c... read more That young girl that works drive-thru is always on her phone. My order is always wrong. So today I checked. I hooked, yelled, waited and yelled hey again. She couldn't hear me cause she's always on the phone. She then snatches the food from me! The manager is nice. But she needs to be made to get off her phone and taught a little respect. I wasn't rude until she snatched the food from me. The manager is sweating and she's in the corner on her phone. GET OFF YOUR PHONE! You're there to work!

This trip, was greeted within a few seconds, but was told there would be a 19 minute wait on original chicken. As I look back in the kitchen, I see what appears to be the shift/store manager learning/sitting on the make table on his phone..... Why was this chicken not already being prepped if they knew they were out? Poor management!
