Trackside Bar Grill - Mount Vernon

We ordered two steak sandwiches, which came with the salad bar, and crispy chicken tenders with asparagus. Everything was delicious, and our server Colleen was fantastic and efficient. I also ordered seasoned shrimp and mac and cheese bites to take home for a family member. They loved the food; it was fresh and hot. This is a place you can rely on for great service and tasty food. I happened to stumble upon this hidden gem while driving through Mount Vernon. The food was delicious, the beers were ice cold, and the service was outstanding.

The server was excellent, but the food was disappointing. Our group ordered three steaks, and all three were overcooked. Additionally, the bacon was burnt to a crisp. We spent $68 for two people, and the steak was just awful. I recommend replacing the cook.

Good food, came in later was able to eat without being rushed. Decent prices and hot food, liquor was also good and affordable.

A great lunch spot! The place was clean, staff friendly and the food served hot! The air conditioning was working great also on a very hot afternoon.. My only disappointment is the fact they have gone with disposables. It is very difficult to eat salad with plastic forks! I hope they are are/will go back to glassware and stainless. I had the daily special, Taco salad, very good option!
