Subway - Mount Vernon

I visited this subway for the first time since it changed ownership, and it was fantastic! The service was quick and efficient; I was in and out in under five minutes, and the food was delicious!

There's a friendly older gentleman working here, I believe his name is Jim? Regardless, he's always so kind, and when he speaks to you, it feels like you're chatting with an old friend. I also really enjoy the veggie patty option. This is my favorite Subway location!

Absolutely fantastic service. Tricia, the store manager, served us a night later. She was polite, made the sub-parts look amazing, was a great interlocutor and simply made the whole visit a pleasant one. Not that I had bad experiences here, but this was pleasant beyond and beyond. 10/10 would come back.

The staff here was amazing! A group of friends and I were on a motorcycle trip when we encountered a huge storm in Mt. Vernon. We parked our bikes in the car wash and used the restroom at Subway. The staff kindly allowed us to sit indoors without requiring us to make a purchase, and they even offered us free cookies!
