The waitress was so nice and helpful. It was clean and very homey. The food was big portions and was very good. Loved every bite. Had to take the rest of it home with the hearty portions they give. Home cooking is the best!! ?? View all feedback.
What Grant Gallagher doesn't like about Red Barn Cafe:
For a place off the beaten path I was hoping they'd have better prices. I'm used to hamburgers costing $16 in the northeast, but this place in a lower cost of living area charging that much seems like a bit of a rip off. View all feedback.
Great service, great food, great price! What a nice hidden gem.
Fantastic, energetic service and very good food. They give you a lot of it though, so make sure you come hungry enough for bigger portion sizes.
Cute and friendly. The food was awesome. I had county fried steak...nice pepper taste the gravy and steak batter was crispy. The hamburgers were reported to also be good. Staff exceptionally friendly.

We both ordered a DARK 4 piece chicken dinner. I was brought out 3 pieces, my husband was brought out 3 pieces with 1 wing. We were told to get our sides from the buffet. I do not get a buffet because I want fresh food that no one besides the kitchen people have touched. We were also told to get the chicken pieces we were missing off the buffet. The entire time we were there, only 1 lonely dried out chicken breast was on the buffet. I have never had such horrible service at the Red Barn. I live nowhere close, so it's always a special trip to go.
