Fried chicken usually pretty good. The pride of Rebecca’s is the wait staff. Very friendly. Colloquially known as the Calvert hooters for some reason. Pricey but you will get full. Good contrast In little Calvert to Webb’s diner which is couple hundred feet north.

Soe it... read more Had time to kill and figured I would try Rebecca's. Was after the lunch rush when I walked in at 12:15. Was pretty quiet. I tried a few items on the Bar. Soe items were running low. The gumbo was full of flavor. But there was not much rice left for it. I enjoyed the fried fish also. Tea was very good. Service was excellent. Will look forward to a visit in the future.
