Kfc - Mount Vernon

My boyfriend checked the bag, and everything seemed fine. However, after driving 30 minutes home, we discovered there were no biscuits included. This was really disappointing since those are our favorites, and we had ordered them separately because they didn’t come with the meals. At least we got the butter and honey!

I'm really puzzled as to why this place remains open for business after 5 PM. When you drive through, they often ask what you'd like to order, but what they should really do is inform customers about what items aren't available because they're experiencing a shortage of dark meat. It’s not that they're completely out of it; they just don't have enough to serve regular customers who come in four times a week around six in the evening. Perhaps if they managed their inventory better for peak dinner hours, it would be more efficient—that's just a suggestion. If they struggle to get to the bank for change and insist on exact payments or debit cards, why would anyone expect them to effectively handle the dinner rush?

This restaurant is extremely unclean. The service is very slow; we waited at the counter for five minutes without being acknowledged while others walked by. Once our order was finally taken and we went to fill our drinks, the area by the drink machine was filthy—we couldn't even find a clean place to set our cups down. All the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were disgusting and unsanitary. To top it all off, our order was incorrect, and we had to have it corrected multiple times before it was right. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Ordered 12 piece bucket. Drove all the way home,discovered we received an 8. Wouldn't compensate us for the extra time and expense!!! Walmart we will be buying your rotisserie chicken!!!! Good by KFC!!!!

KFC I had order big box chicken sandwich without pickles.I was.in line and getting my order it took 1hr and 10 minutes.After waiting that long my drink was carbonated water and pickles on the sandwich. It to bad you can't find someone to run thatstore.that would be a good restaurant.
