They were tasty, but I prefer my nachos with a different twist.

The food was pretty fast... read more My boyfriend and I came here in the early afternoon for a quick lunch on our way to Bellingham. We were basically the only ones there. The food was pretty fast and the employees were friendly. I ordered the Pollo a la Creme and he had the nachos. The red peppers in my dish were not cooked very well. They were hard and crunchu, which I did not like. But other than that we both enjoyed our food.

I was in many Mexican restaurants and El Gitano is by far the best. Great fast service, food and BEST Salsa ever.
