Creno's Pizza - Mount Vernon

Quick with pick up orders. Great prices too. Will be going back. Subs are delicious!

This was our 1st time ordering from here. we had hawian pizza (added onion, extra cheese mild banana peppers), Wild BBQ chicken pizza (extra cheese), garlic cheese flat bread bone-in BBQ wings. First of all there pizza crust is just right, not just alot of bread like most pizzas and crust. They don't skimp on portions of toppings and equally distributed over the whole pizza. I love there sauce, it's not too tangy and not sweet. It taste like real sauce with a real fresh tomatoe taste. The taste of the pizzas was AWESOME, hot, fresh. The garlic Flatbread was amazing, good tasty and not greasy. There chicken wings are the bomb, big meaty. Overall our first order and impression was TERRIFIC. I will definately recommend them and order again in the future.

I called to have them. Call me when my delivery driver was here and they said that he was leaving now and he would. Mind you I only needed them to bring the pizza .3 miles. And it’s been 35 minutes and I still don’t have my pizza.

Food was halfway decent, manager should be fired for the way she spoke to over half of the customers but more importantly for the conversations that took place between herself and coworkers. Very unprofessional!! Placed a walk-in order and was told 20 minutes and an hour and 10 minutes later I walked out with a pie. Quite a few orders were placed on top of the oven and we’re never called out as being ready, so they sat while customers waited or knowing.

We can't comment on the atmosphere because we had the food delivered. Our pizza was great as always and my sub was good as well. Love Crenos.. the only thing I would like to see is better coupons. The ones they have have been the same for years! Prices have gone up, and it would be nice to help with families that are on a budget.
