I just came from little Caesar?s, I got a supreme pizza and a pepperoni pizza also got a crazy bread home and saw in box to get a piece and the blows where not cooked and bread was teig, I won't recommend this little caesar?s! View all feedback.

Slowest... Little... Caesar's... I've... ever... visited. You wait so long that you can actually feel yourself aging. This place is what it feels like to drive through Kansas.
I was told it would be 8 minutes. I waited 40 minutes still no pizza. Everyone around me that came after me got theres and left. All my order was, was two peperoni pizzas. I told them i wanted my money back. The manager got rude with me and said my order was finally ready, i informed her that i was there longer then anyone and they all had peperoni pizzas and they got theres way before i did.
This place has really gone downhill. My kids love the cheese bread but the past couple of months it has been impossible to get it. First they told me they didn't have any cheese and tried to sell me cheese bread with NO cheese and I didn't notice that until after I left and I took it back. Last night I was told they didn't have the dough to make any breads and it was going to take 30 minutes to get a pizza even though there were only 3 customers. Calling in an order is a joke; no one ever answers the phone The staff is always rude and the place is starting to look dirty and the food quality is going downhill fast!
Kudos to the staff located in Mount Sterling, KY on Indian mound Rd. I made a purchase through the Pizza portal app and when I arrived my order was not ready. I was in a rush so instead of waiting I bought something else and left. Staff member told me I could e-mail/call the pizza portal site for refund of online order. Doing so was difficult, I sent 2-3 emails with no reply back and no phone number to call. I brought this to the attention of the management of this store and was expecting a full refund or the order to be fulfilled. They did better than that. They gave me a full refund of online order and a free order for the moment I was there, with hungry kids. : They handle my problem well and were very professional about the issue and encouraged me to bring it to their attention if it happened again. I appreciated their great kindness and service, will keep returning if staff continue to be this friendly!
