The Oven Bakery - Mount Shasta

We stopped during our summer tour of tigard, or through nordkalifornia at the oven bakery. we were in mount shasta a few days to hike the amazing trails that are close. we found the restaurants in mount shasta to be great overall and the oven bakery is not an exception! my wife bought the mandel croissant and it is phenomenal. it is so light and airy and has an amazing taste. we are big fans of mandel desserts. try them anyway.

Cakes are not enough to express how delicious, decadent, and amazing these cakes are. we bought 4 of them for our high time, and everyone was more amazing and tasty than the last. the quality and care that is placed in this torth surpasses all expectations. tiffany is an excellent cook of the highest caliber. Thank you. ofen bakery, for our high time the high time of our dreams.

Best bread in Siskiyou County. The mixed grain sourdough is our favorite. The only downside is the bag seal tape.

That is exactly the top business they want to run through in the early morning. I had the blueberries cook and I guessed it wasn't too sweet. coffee was freshly poured and full of taste. I asked for seeing, but got full milk. I would have liked to have paid for
