Adam at the cash register always takes the time to chat and really brings a smile to my face! The coffee is consistently great and served quickly.

One notable practice is their thoughtful gesture of offering mini samples of their signature drinks to customers waiting for their orders, which adds a personal touch to the service. I was particularly impressed by their dedication to customer service during an unexpected issue when their debit/credit card machine was temporarily down. Even though I was worried about having to find another place since I didn’t have cash, the staff graciously offered my drink on the house to make up for the inconvenience. Moreover, during a late evening visit, they went above and beyond by providing my friend and me with complimentary coffee cake and brownies. Their foresight in recognizing that these baked goods would otherwise go to waste at the end of the night reflects a commendable commitment to both customer satisfaction and reducing food waste.

While the staff are friendly, the frequency with which they got my order wrong was extremely frustrating. Even when I speak clearly or repeat my order, the person who hands me the drinks seems confused about what I wanted. If my drink is right, my partner's isn’t, and vice versa. It's unacceptable, especially considering how expensive the coffee is. We can't keep going back through the drive-thru to fix their errors. I cannot recommend this location at all.

My pit stop on the way to work to get my coffee because they close at 11:00 p.m., almost perfect (midnight would have been perfect) for my start of the night shift!

Did a mobile order explain to me how i got there and my order wasn’t even ready nobody was in line and by the time someone actually ordered at the cash they got their order before me? They don’t prioritize they mobile
