We used to live a couple of blocks from X Press O, and we'd visit Manny (a long, long time employee) every day or two. We've since moved about an hour away, but anytime I'm within 20 minutes of this intersection I take a detour for a fantastic spiced chai tea (served latte style). We used to live just a few blocks away from X Press O and would visit Manny, a longtime staff member, every day or two. Although we've since relocated about an hour away, whenever I'm within 20 minutes of this spot, I make it a point to drop in for their incredible spiced chai tea, served in a latte style. The service is outstanding, and the chai is fantastic (I can't say I've tried the coffee, but I'm sure it's excellent too). Manny is always a friendly presence, and my daughter, who is now eight but has been going there since she was a baby, always looks forward to seeing him.
I'm on vacation from NYC, and this place is truly a hidden treasure! They offer a delightful soy mocha, and the service is outstanding. Even though I've had a Starbucks gold card since 2010, I must say their mocha is a hundred times better than Starbucks.
The latte was absolutely delicious!
