Dunkin' - Mount Prospect

The $9 banana split was a bit expensive, but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

I arrived at the restaurant around 8:34, even though the dining room closes at 9. The door was open, so I walked in and attempted to place an order. However, the staff member informed me that the dining room was closed. I found it puzzling since there was still nearly half an hour until closing time, and the doors were unlocked. To make matters more confusing, there was even another customer sitting inside just minutes before I arrived. The employee suggested that I order from the drive-thru instead, but it didn't make sense to me why the dining room was considered closed under those circumstances.

Just absolutely terrible. Who charges 3$ for a medium coffee, I should?ve just drove off instead of paying these thieves. Never coming here again!

You can never be sure what kind of drink you'll get. Even if you order the same thing every day, the taste can vary depending on who's preparing it. However, the service is always friendly and quick!

I was amazed because I felt like vip. Very quick service and delicious coffee. Highly recommended this location.
