I love this Dunkin Donuts ! I come here almost every morning and they are always quick in the drive thru so even when I'm running late I still end up getting to work on time. Coffee is always how I like it and they always have the donuts I want as well and it's always fresh ! View all feedback.

Very bad customer service. I've made rules like I haven't been to dunkin' donuts yet. on Thursday, 11./18., at 15:45 a.m., there was, the one who worked must make a better job. have the wrong order, double price it and bad attitude to other customers too. please don't go there!
I had a request all day for ice, rocky road. so I drove through and ordered my usual, waffel cone rocky road on the bottom and mint chocolate chip above. I'm moving into the window, said the young man there that it was wrong. he told me that it doesn't matter that everything is in my own. I said I'm paying for it and as I ordered it. He said they told me that I shouldn't say how it should be. my first time here and not back. that happens sun 4:20 clock.
50/50 dishes they have their order right. whether this is a coffee or a sandwich of any kind, so check their bag / drinks before leaving. they have to repeat on the microphone several times, sometimes because of lack of attention. order everything that is supposed to be roasted (bagel) and it is like biting in a sponge. some are very nice, but they don't seem to care for customer service. slow drive thru. rude coworkers. I never leave a bad evaluation, but just today they are able to screw my order in -6 grad weather and hardly followed an apology with a light giggle. I ordered a $5 sandwich and got 2 rough donuts. only another car was in the line. When are you coming back? they mean that more gas in their long journey wait, leave me the cold again. they can not even be attentive enough for 2 min. I know that time is hard and I literally never leave a bad review. but that's ridiculous and I'll go somewhere else. I live 3 miles away!
It's one thing for slow service but another for terrible service with an attitude! One thing I cannot handle is a POOR customer service. I go to this location because of how close it is to my place but my goodness. They need to step up their game! Drive-thru always takes FOREVER and people are rude and unhappy. I do appreciate people who are going out and still working during this time... it's a rough time for ALL. HOWEVER, if you're gonna be such a Debbie downer, stay at home and keep your misery to self. Currently DD has an offer- free medium hot/iced coffee on Wednesdays for the month of May. My father went and got the iced coffee. They scanned his coupon but made him pay. Due to his limited English, he wasn't sure why he had to pay. I gave them a call to make sure this offer was valid at this location, this p picked up cutting me off mid convo telling me to hold... and he never returned. Waited on the phone for 10 minutes until he hung up. I called again- no one pick up. Again, no one picks up. Is it that hard to explain using words?! He did say the offer was valid at this location then how come they made him pay? I don't understand. Never returning to this location again. Do better or hire people that actually knows how to communicate. It's not that hard.
