The food was amazing but the service was horrible. Never got drink refills and never asked if the table wanted more beers. I tried to talk with a manger but there wasn?t one. I will not return until service improves. View all feedback.

Our food exceeded expectations. The staff are exceptional. Truly service with a smile. An excellent night out

Well I should have known it was not going to go well when I called to place a takeout order and the woman didn't even know what was on the menu and had to go check. I got there waited for 10 minutes at the front door until someone finally came over andthen told me I was standing in the wrong place for a takeout order not that there were any signs or anything. She told me Ineeded to go wait for the bartender who wasn't there but she'd be back eventually. The bartender came back she filled a coupledrinks finally came over to me and said can I help you I said I have a takeout order. You shouldn't say anything other thanprinting out the receipt and asking for my credit card. 15 minutes later somebody else came out and dropped off the bag on theother side of the bar and I sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for her to realize that the food had been delivered becauseI could not find anybody else to ask. So 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I finally get my food we get home and ofcourse the order was wrong. They will only get one star if the food wasn't actually good but I do not recommend going here.
We were amoung MANY (appeared to be everyone) who were extremely disappointed. There was no wait and it wasn't busy, but we waited fifteen minutes before the wait staff came to our table and it would be another full hour of waiting before we got ourfood (had to quickly ask for refills as we knew that was our only chance). We overheard one family complaining because it tookan hour to get to-go boxes and a check so we quickly asked for the check and no to go boxes. We were hoping the quality of thefood would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, It wasn't. We ordered the kids pizza which tasted like it was a cheap $2 frozenpizza, I got the French dip which was just simply no good. No seasoning, tough meat and globs of burnt cheeze- but only at theends. It seemed very low quality yet was over $14, then there was the salad for my wife. The salmon my wife requested was moreof the same... Low quality and poorly cooked. Overall we spent $70 on lunch before tip and waited over an hour for what seemedto be poor quality food. Serveral people left out of frustration, but we held out hope only to confirm that indeed those wholeft were right to do so. The only saving grace was the hostess and waitress. They were extremely friendly.
