I want to praise Raphael at this point. We had an adult WCing incident early in the morning before the store was opened. He was so friendly to unlock the door so that the bathroom could be used and was so friendly to not make a big deal about a really embarrassing moment. Thank you. It wasn't the way we wanted to start our family vacation, but thanks to Raphael it could have been much worse. View all feedback.
