Spent $94 food was undercooked and was gave to our family wrapped in tinfoil no plates available to actually eat off very disappointing overall

Ordered $80 of food and ate nothing. The chicken was GREY and they messed up every sandwich we ordered. When we called about our dissatisfaction, the only thing the manager said was that he just opened the chicken this morning. No apologies or offers to make it right. We have been to Mancinos in other locations before and have never been dissatisfied. Now we are still hungry and out almost $100. Will not be returning to this location.
