What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Racine:
The food is great; the customer service SUCKS!! I wanted to treat my staff for lunch, but was told by a very rude lady that I ordered many sandwiches (I ordered 40) and they would not be able to take my order. I called at 10:30 as soon as they opened. Then I call the store in New Berlin, 4824 S Moorland Rd. and they made 41 sandwiches', soup and a salad and were ready for picking up until noon. I order online and always pick up to bring it home, never have I have any problems Subs are done right every time and are usually ready for me to grab when I get there. The reward app helps me get free subs here and there. I chose it over any other place in Racine. Oh and the staff are always friendly!!
