This place is terrible, there is no hostess they are told to order their food from the bartender and then they bring their food to them. away under the usual standards for opentable

We had a terrible experience at the restaurant. No one came to serve us, so we ended up leaving. It was clear that they were overwhelmed with more customers than they could manage that night.

When entering I said we had a reservation for an outdoor seating. No one had any idea that they took reservations. No table was reserved, it was basically first come first serve. The servers were extremely nice but was overworked. They definitely needed more help

Food was delicious and staff was great especially the manager Michael. We stumbled on to live music by the pool so that's where our table was so I can't really review the inside area but it looked nice. Great evening at Eliza!

The server was very friendly and tried to explain that there was a limited kitchen staff due to some events. However, I wasn’t aware that we would have to wait over an hour for our food at 5/6 on a Saturday. Once the food arrived, it wasn’t very satisfying. My daughter didn’t enjoy her popcorn chicken, and my chicken sandwich was overly covered in BBQ sauce with just a sprinkle of crushed cheese on top. I really wish I had chosen a different restaurant nearby, but we were hungry and too tired from traveling to look for another option.
