What Pearlie Conn doesn't like about Cicis:
Very disappointed with our visit. Not only was most of the pizzas cold, the amount of salad toppings is half cut. And there were no cinnamon rolls and the brownies where old. Where they put out fresh pizza, but where they don't stay hot. Like the warmer where they don't work. Or when the pizza was hot, it tastes gum-like. We usually love this cicis. I have been to many CiCi's Pizza locations, but this one really impressed me. The food was hot, the salad bar was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean.
The delicious meals at this restaurant are a result of excellent management. Thank you to all the staff for providing exceptional service.
