This Chicken Express sucks, the employees are rude disrespectful, they are definitely seem racist, you can tell the interaction with white people to Other races. I gave my card to the big Hispanic guy and when he walked away I saw him lookingat my card just not welcoming at all! I do Not recommend anyone to eat here View all feedback.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. They managed to mess up 3 out of the 4 meals I ordered. I live 30 minutes away, and when I called to explain the situation, they insisted that I drive back with my food to get the incorrect item replaced. This meant my sides would end up being an hour old by the time I arrived just to swap out my chicken. When I refused to drive 30 minutes back for chicken strips, they told me I would have to keep the meal and bring it back at some unspecified time—days, weeks, or even months later—to get my chicken strips replaced. They claimed, “It’s our policy.” I spoke with the owner, who was incredibly rude and dismissed my concerns by saying I was simply too upset. Additionally, I’ve witnessed the owners being disrespectful to both employees and job candidates. If I had tried to eat my fries during the call, I would have mentioned that they were still frozen! I will never return to this restaurant!
This Chicken Express is very disappointing. The staff is disrespectful, and I sensed a racial bias in their interactions with different customers. For instance, when I handed my card to a great Hispanic employee, I noticed him looking at my card suspiciously after he left. Overall, I did not feel welcome at all. I do not recommend dining here.
Delicious chicken! I prefer their rolls to their cookies. The food was served hot and is significantly better than KFC.

Unfortunately, I had to change my review now because it repeated MISSING items on my order. I always ask for additional roles. I always have to go back and remind her. You once ran out of spoon? You have also forgotten the severity several times after they have asked, because lately you have to ask for it because of a lack. The chicken also starts with flavor? I loved coming here. It used to be one of my places. If I have to go the full car over chicken when I prefer to stay away. This place has changed A LOT. I shouldn't talk to a cashier slowly so they can track my order properly.
