I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Boba Etc. My wife and I tried the Passion drink, and it was incredibly refreshing in the summer heat. The drinks were so delicious that I ended up taking my kids back later that same day, haha! I highly recommend Boba Etc to everyone. View all feedback.

I've visited this restaurant several times and had great experiences each time—until my recent visit a few days ago. There were a few people ahead of me, but only one staff member was working. Today seemed better than usual! The guy knew what he was talking about and the drinks tasted perfect. The music and ambience were nice, KEEP HIM!
A young girl recommended a Thai tea with coffee jelly, it was SO GOOD! Plus the plants inside make it super cute
The website said they were open and so did the signs outside the shop, but once we had gotten there, they were closed. I was wanting to go to the boba shop several times and this was my only chance, but I never got to get anything when I was finally able to go.
My family and I are tired of calling this business to place our orders. They NEVER answer the phone, and when they do, they tend to hang up on me. Mind you, I’ve never been rude at all yet they don’t portray good customer service. They seem bothered to even attend their customers. A lot of the times, I’ve had to drive up to Boba Etc to see if they are open, and they are. Usually they are empty with no customers yet they still don’t want to answer our phone calls. This has been going on for months, and I wanted to give them a chance, but I can’t anymore. Why have a business if you don’t want to tend to your customers? Why have a business phone if you’re not going to answer?
