Gloria Jean's Coffees Mount Pleasant

So disappointed, I am a regular customer to Gloria Jeans north Mackay, (cant fault them) but this particular day went to Mt P, and stood at counter for a minute wondering why I was not being served yet lady was aware I was there, turns out Gloria jeans Mt P, doesn't shut on listed time but when its more convenient for staff. Apart from the young lad that works there, customer service is disgusting. . . 2020- still don't know how to make a coffee!!! Go to woolies by a bottle of water and coffee. Place teaspoon of coffee in the cold water and shake; you still would have a better coffee then what i was served.

I get a coffee daily at the Nth Mackay store. They're fantastic. My Pleasant, however, is really poor. The coffee is not made with the same amount of care and it's obvious in the taste. Barely drinkable sometimes. Last time I went my coffee lid wasn't on properly and as I took my first sip the hot bland liquid scolded my chest and ruined my new shirt. At least the staff had a laugh I guess.

Had a GF salted caramel cheesecake and a large cap mmmmm tasty.

Immature little kids running the place with no idea in customer care and costing the owner money....I made my official complaint to head office
