Was a bit disappointed by the quality of what I bought. $10 not bad for an salad and it looks good up, but was so **** soggy and devoured no doubt was a bit on the aged side so not very pleasant. customer service was beautiful,

Really terrible service from the younger staff, and not polite at all. It's not that hard to smile and say thank you once in a while. I ordered a teriyaki bowl (which comes with grilled chicken schnitzel) and decided to add 80g of extra chicken and an egg. They had to make my order twice because they forgot to add the egg and the grilled chicken. On the second attempt they completely forgot to add the extra chicken. I was really excited to eat it as the presentation looked great, however, I couldn't finish any of the grilled chicken as it was soft, bland and tasted off. The chicken looks like soya chicken. Someone needs to come up with a quicker solution for healthy food places. Salads shouldn't take 20 minutes to build, and then not be edible. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service, cannot even get a catering order right. They have totally ruined my wife’s baby shower and when we told them about the mistake they would not help and rectify the order at all. Very sad, very poorly run. Will never go back there again.

Could only get there by 3:30pm and they already closed shop. Looks like I’ll spend an extra hour out of my day to drive somewhere else.

Stay away. terrible. Waited 15mn for 2x bowls. Portion is so small, salmon was overcooked and probably 3 days old, haloumi and salad was soggy and the whole bowl is mixed up . Dressing is too salty.
