My partner placed an order before 4 o'clock today, but had to wait for me to retrieve his wallet from the Coles, as his phone was out of service. The owner, an older gentleman, seemed impatient and was curious about how far away I was. When my partner explained that I was at Coles, the owner turned away in frustration. The level of customer service was clearly lacking, and unfortunately, we wasted a $15 order. View all feedback.
Have tried to call for nearly a week on and off through out the day and they DONT EVER answer a phone.What's the point of having a contact number if they can't answer the phone.
Excellent customer service by a young man at the counter! Would definitely recommend.
The staff are friendly and quick, particularly Jason who has always been friendly and courteous.
Friendly service, amazing drinks, my must every time I visit the shops
I ordered my favorite drink, Passion Mango, but they added too much ice or something that overpowered the sweetness. It was unpleasant to drink, and now I feel nauseous. I ended up having to throw it away.
