While some staff members are polite, others are rude and lack competence. The ones who are friendly don't seem to show much concern for the overall experience.

My food was just average; the fries... read more The peppermint Frosty tasted like Pepto-Bismol, and I was expecting a strawberry option, but they didn't even have vanilla. My food was just average; the fries were disappointing and not crispy at all, very limp. I can't quite remember everything we ordered, but I have to say the chili and potatoes were the highlights. The chili was really delicious and quite filling—so much so that I considered going for a second bowl, but I’m glad I didn’t since it tends to upset my stomach!
