New China Kitchen - Mount Morris

Let me start off stating i waited 38 minutes for our food after being told 15 got there at 7:08 and didn't leave until 7:48) and 2 other people who ordered after me came in ordered, got their food and left before i got mine. I didn't order anything fancy and Spent $30 on two combo dinners and an order of cream cheese ragoons and cookies. The chicken breading in both the general tso and sesame was soggy from the sauce. Three rice was fairly bland unless you put soy sauce on it. Mine however had burnt chunks in it as well. Wonton soup was good though!. I did ask the lady once to just never mind and I would just get a refund and she can forget the food but I'm not sure if she didn't hear me or ignored me. But she kept walking to the back. She didn't come back out until food was done i asked for a discount and she gave me a 3 pack of cookies that I bought a 12 pack of already for $1.20) and said she was sorry and my order was ready now and to have a good night.... I'm not really one to write negative reviews or reviews in general really but this was a pretty rough experience.

Don’t even bother ? this woman is the most nasty small business owner i have ever come across in my entire lifei don’t like to pull the race card, ever, but it would be ignorant not to in this situation, seeing how she treats some compared to othersi don’t particularly like the food from here, so i normally only order soup a few times a monthshe has always been rude, hanging up in your face when you call, and just overall very passive aggressivebut today, i ordered soup because I wasn’t feeling well, and my mother picked it up for meupon picking it up, she told my mother not to come back, and to order from somewhere else, because we are “bad customers”this is coming from a woman who i have tipped countless times regardless of her attitude, and am always nice to regardless of her behaviorso could anyone explain to me why im being treated this way? (you can’t, there’s no excuse this has left my family with nothing but fear from ordering there, because we don’t know the extent of the unkindnessif we keep ordering, will our food be made poorly or improperly out of spite? who knows? i don’tplease take your money elsewhere, an extra 10 minutes or few miles is worth the better service :

This place is absolutely awesome!!!! The food is so good! Some of the most friendliest people I 've ever met! If anyone, And I Mean Anyone , have a problem with these beautiful souls, they need to fall to their knees and ask God to take that evil spirit out of their hearts. The Devil is busy!!!!!!!!!

I love this place, you get such good portions/quality of food for a great price. The lady is always so friendly and gives me and my boyfriend a free cookie everytime we order. hands down my favorite place to go!!
