Lady at counter was yapping to her friend in front of me. I was waiting for service and the line building behind me was too. She didn't even acknowledge any of us and kept talking to her friend in line. Got fed up and left. Paying patrons come first. Never will go back there.

Coffee is amazing! Everyone is very nice. I only gave 4 starts because of the ice. It’s little small pieces of ice, from a cooler that melts instantly. I would love for them to serve big pieces of ice. So my ice coffee can stay cold, not taste like water :

The service was horrible.After my drinks were done being made, they didn't not let me know for 20 minutes.And their matcha drink was tasteless.

Have come here before the new ownership and the coffee and lemonade were really good. But ever since the new ownership, the coffee and lemonade just doesn’t taste as good anymore. Kind of has gone downhill the lemonade just tastes like watered down lemon sugar water needs more lemons in it. The coffee is good but noticed the last time I got coffee here there was a lot of the syrup at the bottom of the cup that I had to stir it up a lot to get the flavor in the coffee. Overall this place is good but need improve the lemonade better.
