Description

The restaurant offers affordable food and friendly service, with a mixed experience in terms of food quality. While some dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, others were found to be lacking in taste. Despite this, the restaurant's BYO policy and attentive service were highlighted as positive aspects. Customers appreciated the accommodation of dietary preferences and the freshness of the meals. The atmosphere was described as cozy and welcoming, although there were some concerns about long wait times for food. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a popular choice for those looking for a variety of tasty Malaysian dishes in a casual setting.

Trusty and reliable. This has been a go to take away spot for me for many years now and it never disappoints. Diners can always guarantee honest favours and generous portions. I've sampled majority of the menu and have never been unhappy with an order. Dine in or take away are both good options. Never ever let me down, old faithful.

This cozy little restaurant in the heart of Mt Lawley serves up freshly cooked meals in an open kitchen setting. It's best to arrive before 6 PM, as it tends to get quite busy. They also offer takeout. I highly recommend the soft shell crab! They have a “build your own dish” option with a variety of rice, noodles, meats, and sauces to choose from. The satay chicken with noodles is a personal favorite. It's also kid-friendly, featuring a bowl of egg noodles with oyster sauce for just $2.50! They have a BYO alcohol policy with no corkage fee. The average meal price ranges from $13 to $16 per person, and we always find ourselves bringing home leftovers.

I sincerely hope you'll consider reintroducing the Ramen Noodle Soup with Teriyaki Chicken; the menu just feels incomplete without it. I've always enjoyed dining here, but I've noticed that the dishes have been saltier than usual lately. Nevertheless, I'm giving it a 4-star rating because it's still a great value.

Solid little byo Asian place that's spans all food genres. Ordered the pad Thai, was a little bland, and honestly probably not the best thing to get here. The laksa was alright, but I think the real winners are the fried noodles. Would come again.
