Typically, my experiences here are fantastic, but my visit on June 15th at 5:20 a.m. was disappointing. The employee at the second window seemed overwhelmed and neglected to provide straws or spoons for the three drinks/fruit items I ordered. Additionally, she forgot two other items from my relatively straightforward order. Her attitude was not very friendly, and there was a general carelessness in her service. Those working the day shift on June 15th need to step up their game; it's important to take pride in your work. Regardless of where you work, having a sense of pride and doing your job well is essential.
We frequently visit this restaurant and absolutely love the food they offer. It's both delicious and budget-friendly. Our orders are always processed quickly and accurately.
Make sure they have ~10-20 minutes to wait in the line when they go here. eating is good, but this is the second slowest wendys I've ever had. it does not play any roles whether they drive in or use the drive-thru whether they are the only car in the line or the 10. it takes at least 7 minutes (yes, we paint it.) food: 4/5
The food was good and fresh; it appears that they only offer drive-thru service at this time.
