This time, I ordered the BBQ boneless wings, but was mistakenly served the Buffalo boneless wings instead. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the server was very friendly. I also appreciated the drinks. Although the heat lamps were a bit high, we eventually got used to it.

While the service can be a bit straightforward at times, I genuinely appreciate the vibe, and the staff is usually very friendly and accommodating—just like they were today. If you're not familiar with the games, don't worry; there are plenty of options to choose from, especially if you're experienced and looking for a challenge. It's definitely wise to make a reservation, but they do their best to accommodate walk-ins. The temperature is perfectly managed, making it one of the coziest outdoor spots around. Although the prices may seem a bit high, they become quite reasonable when shared among a group of four, even on busy days. I really enjoy coming here and have no plans to stop anytime soon!

We noted that she had walked past us several times without acknowledging us or letting us know she was our waitress. When we asked for water and prepared to place our food and drink orders, she left to get the water, which another staff member brought to us five minutes later. After a further ten minutes, she came back to take our drink orders. Meanwhile, we watched her chatting with another employee for 15 minutes before she finally returned to inquire about our food order. She seemed disinterested in serving us. After taking our order, she informed us that she was leaving for the day and that our new waitress would be “Nikki.” However, she lingered at other tables, confirming our concerns about her lack of attention. Fortunately, Nikki was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and keeping us updated throughout our visit.
