I appreciated that this restaurant wasn't overcrowded with reservations. Perhaps the charm of being attached to a hotel has an effect on attracting fewer patrons. It seems that a place like this might only thrive if it's not too readily available. I would compare this restaurant to the level of Hyde Park locations I've visited at various Holiday Inns across the country. I'm not certain if the meat was USDA Prime, but... View all feedback.

Wayne definitely made the night! We sat at the bar when we came in to have a drink first and met him and that’s all she wrote; if you like a good cocktail then he’s the man for the job! Food was excellent as well. The room we had dinner in did not have quite the ambiance I expected for a “business casual” restaurant but we were more there for the food and drinks anyway. Wayne and the team at REDZ gave us an outstanding experience during our annual board meeting, which has taken place at steakhouses from NYC to Baltimore, including GiGi's back in the day. We were greeted with a warm welcome, enjoyed custom cocktails, fresh salads, and a platter of sliced tomahawk steaks served family-style, along with delicious sides. Our team was thoroughly impressed! Although the Phillies were not a topic of discussion due to the central location, Wayne and the REDZ team truly knocked it out of the park! We had a fantastic experience with Wayne and Zach, who are two of the friendliest bartenders you could meet. The atmosphere at the bar has a “Cheers” feel to it, making it very inviting. They craft an incredible Old Fashioned! I highly recommend visiting this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
