panera was the best years ago, last 2 times I went to ask for provolone, instead I got a thin sandwich on a baguette with yellow cheese, they no longer serve ham by still serving pork baits, which differed the?, my sister sandwish was not roasted and the truthahn in the sandwich was not nicely folded to accommodate the salat, it was simply with yellow. panera use to make sandwiches that were elegant, beautiful to the... Fast service, beautiful inside and outside terrace. food tasted great. order buffalo chicken bacon pizza, mac and cheese, cäasar salat, chicken noodles suppe and thunfisch sandwich. they don't have the turkey. bacon turkey bobvo was my favorite sandwich. also ordered green drink. beautiful atmosphere. update: 8/25/22 everything is still good

My spicy take chicken sandwich was missing the spicy pimple chips and the salad I ordered my girlfriend to go 13 dollars and was not bigger than my half salad for which I paid 7 dollars. I honestly feel a little ripped off. Contact the customer service to hear their opinion on this subject until I leave a final review. Update: They gave me a new meal.
I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING experience at Panera today! My best friend and I came for dinner and we had confusions with our salad orders. My friend ended up getting a different salad than she expected when ordering and was unsatisfied with her meal. All of the sudden, one of the staff named June (shoutout to June! , approached our table and offered to make a different salad for my friend. Neither I nor my friend expected this type of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered to and made a new salad for my friend, even though we insisted on her not because of the work it would be. She insisted on us being satisfied with our meals, and even offered free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it truly made our day!
