Pancheros Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

I love panhcheros and go there a lot. I happened to be at mt laurel in rt 38. I came with my emotional support dog and the rude manager just cried out before everyone they can't have the dog here. first I never had problems with any restaurant when I keep the dog especially when I hold it in my poor ones I usually do. Maybe they should put a sign that no dogs are allowed, instead of screaming before everyone and making the customers embarrassing. the manager needs more trainingvicky

Dined in: I ordered a bowl of rice and steak for me, and a bark quesadilla for my son. Mexican food bursts in the regular with aromen; the personal looked like they were better elsewhere. it was my first time and I won't come back.

These pancheros did not allow them to order online because of “high volume” and when we arrived there, there were noou orders jumped, nobody works, and nobody sat in the restaurant. the load closes at 21 o'clock. I was there at 20:15 and the workers were sooo crazy about it and when I went down the line to get my food, more customers stacked behind me and the workers got angry and angry and then continued to throw the food in burritos and the spoon back in guac. it was sooo wild.

Just ordered chicken and steak tacos as well as an order of rice and bor. tacos were dry and tasteless. reis had no taste, which was ever. they almost seemed to give us boiled rice. in any case they go to another. the money is not worth it.

The workers are terrible and acted like i was there at a bad time at 5:30 on a Tuesday night, they were ignoring me and I was the only person in line. This is how my shrimp bowl came out and I also got a chicken burrito which was terrible. Pancheros needs to figure it out at this location, I can honestly say I am done with this company after trying a few times.
