The first time I came here, I had horrible service. The second time, I had Dominic (hope I am spelling your name right! . Dominic was easily the best server I have ever had. He was super attentive to our needs, gave great conversation and recommendations, etc. I would come here again just to have him as our server. 10/10 recommend him. The new burrito was also great! What User doesn't like about On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina:
I had a strange experience at the McDonald's near the border. The workers seemed to be laughing as if I were trying to sneak away. I asked for some extra items, but not only did I not receive them, but my regular order was also messed up. View all feedback.
First time there. Had a great experience. They accommodated my wheelchair bound mother and were very helpful to her. And the food was good!
We went here on Sunday evening. One of our friend was allergic to cheese and we asked the server if we can get cheese on only one side of the plate and the server said that they can’t do that according to her Manager (but all other On the border branch have been doing that for us). Then they served us the nachos with cheese on the side but only with beans as you can see in pictures. Everything else was okay but we didn’t like the way they handle our request for nachos. Parking was available on site.
Sub par experience most of the time and we eat there about once a month, mostly because my wife likes the food. The concerns I have are if I am seated we should have at least water, chips, and salsa right away while we look at the menu. Instead, you get seated, wait for a waitress/waiter to come take your drink order, then come back with chips Salsa and then come back with drinks. If you are dining here for fajitas that you want coming out steaming hot on the iron plate, this is not the place. The prices are high and the overall experience I would consider as just okay. However, if you are looking for piping hot fajitas, chicken or steak go to prospectors on rt 38 in mount laurel. Best prices and fajitas so hot you have to wait until they cool down. Other menu items are just too expensive at prospectors. My closing thought for On The Border in Mount Laurel is that the best part about this place is the manager Tony. If you go here to dine and get cold food or unsatisfactory service, ask for the manager Tony he truly cares about the business and makes it right.

I don't know what's worse. The website. Keep reloading Attempted to order a fajitas steak tried to add extra sour cream. Nothing. No peppers, no guacamole. None. Yet you have a option for extra. Then when I get my food I have chicken. Still no sour cream at all
