I walked in and was greeted with a smile by both workers and that was the 1st sign of a good start of the night ! I ordered a giant tuna hoagie for my auntie) who calls the store Mikey's Jersey ???????? and ordered a mini one fir myself. The guy was very helpful ,funny and got my order right! The young lady who checked me out was also nice and we had a few good laughs! Definitely worth the drive here for good service... View all feedback.

The sandwichs are really great. They also do a great job of avoiding cross contamination if you eat gluten free.
It's shocking to actually watch the people here work. It honestly feels like they are all stoned...they move slowly, work on one thing at a time, and generally seem to be in a haze. For online orders, they literally have to read it a dozen times. I ordered a cheesesteak online, drove there 10 minutes later, and it hadn't even been started. The grill had 2 sandwiches going, and the guy working the grill stood there watching...waiting...for them to be ready, while 3 or 4 other orders piled up. When they finally made our sandwich, it was wrong (realized it at home)...no onions, no peppers. That would almost be understandable if it wasn't that way on the menu. It was close to closing, but the place was a total mess. The floor behind the counter was pretty disgusting. The sandwich was OK, so I'm not giving 1 star, but a chain is a chain is a chain. Time to return to locally owned sub shops where they seem to care more.
1 star for the food, 4 missing stars for the complete lack of customer service. They ignore their mobile order machine and don't have your food ready, even when their lobby is slow. I keep making the mistake of tipping on the app despite so many bad experiences here.
