Dunkin' Donuts - Mount Laurel

I had a wonderfully friendly interaction with the employees and experienced excellent service during my visit. Please note that this location does not currently have a drive-thru, and there is an abandoned sign on the side of the building indicating a previous drive-thru. I visited on Christmas Day, and the staff appeared genuinely happy to be there and eager to assist customers. The dining area was kept very clean and tidy, which added to the overall positive experience.

The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. However, the traffic flow around the parking lot can be confusing for first-time visitors. Many drivers naturally tend to turn right when approaching the building, likely expecting a drive-thru, but it's important to note that there isn't one at this location. Additionally, the traffic direction is opposite to what most drivers typically expect when entering a parking lot.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. If I could give it zero stars, I would! I had to wait over 30 minutes just for drinks, and when I inquired about my order after eating, the cashier seemed surprised and asked if I had ordered food too. Many other diners were visibly frustrated. Additionally, another employee was constantly mopping the floor, which was slippery. I definitely do not recommend this place! I will be reaching out to express my concerns further.

Many of the reviews here seem worse than the place itself; was here on a Sunday morning and the dinge ran quite smooth, other than there were only 1 man running at the counter everything, but then a manager typ kerl came out of the back and started to do a few things.
