Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mount Laurel

They close at 10 o'clock, or? well order nothing (especially from the app) after 9 o'clock, because they seem to be closed, clean the food area, and will not even tell them that they are not putting their meal together when they pick it up. that should be a bowl with steak, rice, bor, salsa and mais. Yes, 60% of the order. I loved chipotle. but this place is terrible. I had to go through the app and twitter to pay back.

What a catastrophe. do not order online sweat, it takes ten times as long as they simply go and order. it's delusional to watch people in whom they go to order to go with their food while waiting there for 30 minutes. when they finally get their food, the order will be missing. They looked like they had a lot of personal, so I don't know what the problem is. it looked like not enough people work on online orders while they work more than enough on the inside store orders. the floors are a chaos in the kitchen and the tables needed a good wash from crusted food.

Dirty store, workers are extremely slow at making food, and the workers are also rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. One word to describe this Chipotle... ew.

Usually love Chipotle. But this place! The place is a free-for-all, unorganized people running around. Can never tell who is supposed to be in charge because it seems like no one. Very dirty all the time. My last 3 trips the chicken and beef had many big chewy pieces of fat, the rice has been undercooked, crunchy. Big hunks of avocado for guacamole. I really could just keep going. I used to go there a lot so I hoped it would get better. I will not return and I recommend people go somewhere else. It kinda scares me away from all Chipotle now. Needs leadership and training in my humble opinion.

Every Coldpotle has cold food but at this one even the meat is cold. They advertise they don't have a microwave. They sure could use one!
