The loaded waffle fries wer... read more The beef nachos were impressively thin and crispy, freshly fried to perfection. The guacamole and various toppings were exceptional. The loaded waffle fries were also noteworthy—cooked just right and accompanied by a decent dipping sauce, which felt a bit unnecessary. The quesadilla burger was outstanding, a bit messy but cooked exactly to my preference. The fajita chicken wrap was rather standard; not much to report about it. The bacon mac and cheese was very good, but I wouldn’t quite call it excellent. The broccoli and cheese were cooked flawlessly, and the sauce was absolutely amazing. The service was great, and the prices were reasonable as well. I was pleasantly surprised, as I had lower expectations from an Applebee's. It seems they've made some positive improvements over the years.

It felt as if she thought sh... read more The waitress with long, dyed dark red hair was in charge of the large booths at the front, but she never brought us any silverware. It felt as if she thought she was too important to assist us. Having worked as a waitress myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when customers from other tables make requests, but it's part of the job to take care of your own customers. The combination of poor service and mediocre food resulted in a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning, but I hope that waitress can learn and improve. Our main waitress was generally pleasant, though she could be forgetful (something I can sympathize with), but that didn’t make up for the overall experience. I would rate this place a 0 out of 10.

The food is delicious, but be aware that the portion sizes reflect pandemic pricing. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were equally impressive. It was amusing since we initially planned to go to Cherry Hill, but it was too crowded, so we decided to come here instead. The place was mostly empty, which made for a really enjoyable evening!

By the time it came back the second time, I had completely lost my appetite. To make matters worse, the waitress accidentally brought us the bill for another table.
