Mcdonald's - Mount Holly

Great place to eat fast food, clean and nice staff.

My family usually doesn't eat at McDonald?s, but for some reason after I left the hospital, I had believed a few of her fries. My husband made the mistake of going to the corner of Woodlane and Mount Holly Road. Apparently, the manager there, who is this short little angry elf, can't handle the volume of people and scream at my husband because he doesn't react fast enough. My husband said I'm trying to answer, but you're always talking about me?... he told my husband? **** you! You can go somewhere else? That came from the MANAGER, the angry little elf! He continued to close the window and lock it....what a cowardly POS that can't even handle McDonald's administration. So, my question is...how can companies allow this little maniac to continue to be busy because we have learned this, not the first time he did this to a customer from another McDonald location...

They forgot about me. I went through the drive through and they ask me to park and wait for my food. I waited as I was talking on my phone for 1/2 hour. And they never came out with my food. I had to go bang on the window and show my receipt and I had to let the know that I was never served.. How to that happen? Smh

When they give you old apple cake, they just rip the best by sticker off so you cant tell. At leat 1 out of 4 was fresh, one that actually still had the best by sticker). Also one of 2 mcChicken was old.

We had a superb experience in this place. We liked the wonderful atmosphere and the menu. The staff members are very amiable. I am content we eventually managed to visit here.
