I haven't been to a subway in a long time but I saw a commercial for it so I said why the heck not. This experience was terribbbble. The person was on her ear buds talking to someone on the phone the whole time. My order was so messed up as she was half listening. Put the wrong cheese on. No wonder why this location was completely empty.
This is such a good subway. I was driving here then my car broke down and this guy named Milad flew over and snapped and fixed it. I then went to the subway and he gave me $50,000,000. I started my own business and i am now the ceo of subway and i also gave Milad $30,000,000. 100% recommend. My life changed. Go here when ever you can.
This Subway always has great people working there. They alway try to accommodate my sons special needs.
I am very seldom compelled to post a low star review, but this Subway location has finally upset me to this point.I've been using the place for a few year because it's only a few miles away, clean, and the staff is generally courteous and serves customers well but I've come across a few items that have started pushing me away from this location and thus I am driving just over twice the distance to get my Subway fix.First: this location does not participate in any promotions, no coupons, no discounts of any kind. I completely understand that is up to the location to choose if they participate, but it is upsetting to not be able to cash in on a single promotion. To make matters worse, this location is frequently not available for online orders when good promotions are touted on the website, or television, such as foot long BOGO.Second: I have praised the staff for being generous with ingredients that they can be with, such as lettuce, spinach, sauces, etc. Any ingredient that isn't counted, they are usually pretty good with...except when the owner/manager is there. If he is behind the counter at all, I strongly discourage visiting the restaurant.Anytime he is preset, portions are absurdly small. I have seen the staff count out the items that are typically just clumped on, such as spinach, black olives, onions, pickles, peppers, etc. They go out of their way to only place 3 4 parts of each of those ingredients per half sandwich. By no means am I expecting handfuls of ingredients, but watching the employees be forced to count these ingredients is cringeworthy at best.I am genuinely saddened and displeased by how this location is managed when it comes to these two issues because as I said earlier, the service staff is very pleasant. I would love to give that location my continued business, but frankly I’d rather drive twice the distance to be able to use promotions or hope that the owner isn’t there so I can get the same sized portions I get at any other Subway locations.
