Diners appreciate soups and flexible service for large orders and families. But patrons also report intermittent ingredient shortages, slow or distracted service, unlabeled or missing items, unreliable app and phone communication, and limited parking. Good for groups and allergy-sensitive customers when staffed well, but risky for tight pickup schedules.

For vegetarians, there is a veggie patty available, along with 2-3 vegetarian sub options. They offer a rotating selection of soups, and broccoli soup is often included. The staff are very accommodating regarding dietary restrictions. They take allergies seriously and will go the extra mile, such as changing gloves, cleaning preparation areas, and providing fresh toppings from a separate, untouched bin if necessary. Parking is limited, with about seven spots available, as the restaurant is located inside a gas station. This place is kid-friendly; they love young diners! Feel free to ask for a veggie option if your little one is getting restless, although they don’t have specific kids’ meals or combos.
The Mt. Forest Lions ordered 45 subs for a meeting, and I must say the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was fantastic. I would give it a 5-star rating!
We will no longer be visiting Subway. They have messed up our orders too many times. I only requested two bacon sandwiches, not six, and they also forgot to add olives to my husband's subs. I believe we deserve a refund.
Bad experience ..I ordered kids sub he only gave me 3 inch sub instead of 4 inch .I checked on their online order system as well and size is 4 inch .very bad ..
Worst subway ever. Never again!!Ordered online through the app. When we showed up at the time it was to be ready it was not ready. They offered to make it right there so we were going to wait. But then they told us they didn’t have half the ingredients like the bread. We told them not to bother. So we did a refund. Why order through the app if it isn’t going to be ready by the time we get there.
