**A Review of the Restaurant Experience at Xcell Rolls**
Xcell Rolls has garnered mixed reviews, showcasing a blend of culinary excellence and customer service challenges. Diners frequently praise its flavorful banh mi and crispy pork rolls, often highlighted as some of the best in Western Sydney, with generous fillings and fresh bread. However, inconsistencies in portion sizes and pricing have been noted, with some customers feeling shortchanged. Additionally, there have been complaints regarding customer service, particularly related to abruptness and hygiene concerns. Despite the setbacks, many remain loyal patrons, drawn back by the tantalizing flavors and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Xcell Rolls promises a delightful culinary experience for those willing to navigate its quirks.

We are a regular customer but I experienced the worst customer service here, August 26 around 5:10 pm a Man wearing eye glasses. We bought banh mi and sugar cane juice and sat down to eat in one of long side table. After 5 mins the said guy ask us to leave because he said theyre closing and needs to clean the area. I ask if we can finished our food or move on the other side so he can start cleaning the other area but he refuse. I believed its a rude thing to ask your customer to leave while theyre eating and doing no compromised at all. So we pack the food back and leave. With this experienced you lost one customer.
Customer service, exceptional. Both the Xcell chicken roll and the Roast pork roll were packed with fillings. Exceptional flavour. I am sorry it took me so long to come here. Highly recommend. Good banh mi but why do we have to pay $1 for extra pate that should be in a standard banh mi? The pate was just a smidge and just covered a small part of the bread. Also, I hope staff can talk as well the other guy was just looking at me several times without uttering a word. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 3
