Unfortunately, the fries were cold... read more This was the worst experience we have ever had at a KFC. I requested fresh fries and was told to park and wait for 3 minutes. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and stale when we finally got them. It was truly disgusting. I regret not checking them before leaving the restaurant. The photos say it all. We will not be returning and I recommend others to go elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

We had our baby in the car an... read more Do not visit this restaurant. The staff is extremely slow, lacking in customer service, and the total waiting time was 20 minutes. We had our baby in the car and went through the drive-thru, where the order lady said it would take 7 minutes. However, the lady at the pay station said 8 minutes. We waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes with no progress. When I went to inquire about the delay, nobody greeted me even though they were not busy. The employees appeared to be moving sluggishly with no sense of urgency, despite there being 5 other customers waiting. After asking why the wait was so long, I was informed that they had just now taken my order. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, the wrong order was handed out. I demanded a refund unless my correct order was given immediately. Finally, after 2 more minutes, my order was ready. Upon arriving home, we realized they had given us the wrong burger. This level of incompetence and poor customer service was a new low for us. It was a Friday night, yet the restaurant wasn't even busy. It seemed like they were understaffed and inventory was suffering due to the slow service. Overall, a very negative experience - we will not be returning.
