While the service may vary, the food quality is highlighted with fresh local produce and interesting twists on classic dishes. The bug and prawn appetizer and scallop risotto are standout dishes. The dining experience is further enhanced by the attentive waitstaff. Despite some inconsistencies, the overall experience is pleasant and highly recommended for a delightful meal in a beautiful location. Whether it's a romantic dinner or a casual lunch, the Tuscan Terrace provides a memorable dining experience surrounded by nature's beauty.
Such a beautiful spot. My parents were here from New Zealand and I wanted to take them somewhere special. Food, service and the vibe was absolutely brilliant
Staff went out of their way to compensate for one of our dishes that arrived late to our table. 10/10 service, will be coming back again. The venue is beautiful and truly serene. Food is very nice with a large variety of high quality dishes.
Enjoyed a lovely meal. Our waiter was great. The food was good .. sadly it was raining so all clears/blinds were down which made it a little “stuffy” inside but overall good
All of the food was cold when it arrived and the fish was raw in the middle. The supervisor was not welcoming when we arrived and sat us in the sun even though we had a booking and were online the second group of guests at the venue, we moved ourselves to another table which was extremely unstable, she came over and told us that’s why she didn’t sit us there, so I asked can we sit somewhere else, she said ‘inside’ so then we walked ourselves inside to find a spot, it did not feel like very nice service. The wait staff who served us for the rest of our visit were lovely. My wine that was to pair with my fish arrived very early. The food took quite a while and when it came was all cold and my fish was raw in the middle.
Booked a table of 9 for a family gathering. Beautiful setting but service was terrible. We could not get a waiter and had to go up and ask every time we wanted something. Such long wait times for food and drink too. Almost everyone ordered the prawn linguine. Such a small serving for $42. Half group went next door afterwards and ordered a pizza. For that price was very disappointing.
