This was my third and final visit to this restaurant. My first experience was positive, with friendly staff and reasonably priced burger and fries. However, the burger had an overpowering spice that I believe was garlic, which didn't sit well with me. I decided to give the restaurant another chance and ordered the turkey dinner, which was tasty but a bit pricey considering it didn't come with a bun, soup, or salad. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The stuffing in the turkey dinner was dry and flavorless, the mashed potatoes tasted off, and the butter was melted into an oily mess. The server was friendly but seemed to forget some of her duties, such as informing me of any specials. Overall, the lackluster service and mediocre food quality have led me to not leave a tip and not return to this restaurant.

This restaurant is charming and serves delicious home-cooked meals. I thoroughly enjoyed the meatloaf and I am eager to return and sample their lasagna, which looks incredible. The burgers also caught my eye and I will definitely be visiting again.

The facility is VERY small, but if you get a seat, you will enjoy the fare. My family and I went in for lunch today and even at 1:30 the place was full enough we had to sit in the smaller room...not a problem, lots of room. If there was any criticism to be had, I would say service was slow...however there was ONLY one server and she was doing the best she could. We did not get our utensils and napkins until we were part way through the meals, but that will get better with time. Food quality and quantity were both fine, interesting dishes...in that they were about 16 inch long and in a rectangular shape.....their prices were a tad higher than restaurants in the city, but then again their costs could be higher so it all works out. Worth the drive and if we are out that way again....yes we will drop in.

My wife and I visited Fire Junction for the first time recently, as it had just opened a few weeks ago under new ownership. Previously known as the Mercantile, we decided to try their salads for dinner. She opted for the Chicken Caesar, while I went for the Greek salad with an extra piece of chicken. I had a diet soda, while she had coffee. The portions were generous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my Greek salad included traditional vegetables uncommon in this area. However, there were a bit too many red onions for my liking. Unfortunately, the soft drinks were served by the can without free refills, which I found a bit disappointing. I hope they consider adding a soda fountain in the future. Our bill came to around $23 before tip, which I found reasonable for two large salads with chicken and drinks. The service was friendly and efficient, and we plan on visiting again in the future.

We decided to try their Sunday brunch. We went in and sat down .No prices posted anywhere for their brunch and the waitress didn't tell us the price. Either. She just kept saying it was 9-3 for their brunch and you could not order from the menu. We ate - the brunch was an average one. So I went up to pay
