This place is great for families as it caters to all with a wide variety of different foods. I had the all you can eat, calzones, bruschetta, salad, pizza, pasta and soft drink. There was so much good food we were stuffed, it just kept...on coming out.....and then we were also allowed to package up what we didn't finish to take home. $38 was a bargain for the amount of food we had. I came here with my husband a few months ago and after sourcing out some delicious looking things on the menu we were very disappointed with what came out.. My husbands fish was raw, so he asked that it be cooked a little more- this then took the staff 30minutes to do (even with the restaurant empty), and by that time he was starving and I had finished my meal. Food was quite expensive, portions were smaller than expected. They should get rid of this restaurant and extend the pizzeria next door as it has a much better reputation and is always packed out.
We love coming here for a lovely dinner. Make sure to get the pepper sauce its the best. We had garlic prawns for entree and chicken snitzel with veg and mash and pork ribs with chips for main. Pork was yummy and fell off the bone. Good value dinner out at just $44
Really good food, nice and quiet atmosphere. 2 for 1 Wednesday to Sunday, adds up to $22 for a three course meal. TALK ABOUT VALUE! Staff members are nice as well :)
This is the first review I've ever done, I literally got home and downloaded this app because my husband and I had a terrible experience. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for menus after asking twice, my husband got up and got them himself. There were not one but TWO hairs in our garlic prawn entre! Because I work in hospitality and know it would of been an accident, we alerted our waitress quietly and requested it just be taken off the bill instead of being replaced as we hadn't eaten any of it yet (luckily!) This waitress was lovely but brought back the wrong wine (moscato instead of sauv Blanc yuk!) which embarrassingly I called back another waitress to ask if she could swap it to which she told me I must of got the name wrong! Ah excuse me? The first waitress apologised profusely and said the bottles look similar. Again - fair enough. Then the pork belly comes out. Oh boy. Have you ever tried eating pig skin that hasn't been crackled?? Funny thing was mine was perfect! It was almost like they skipped putting hubbies under the grill! Sent that back, still being polite to the waitresses regardless of starting to feel defeated. It came back the same. We got up and walked out because we just couldn't take another thing. So let down. This is a local joint and I've always been one to support local businesses but this one I will never go to again! Zarias Mediterranean on the way home was awesome!
After one of our friends recommended to us this restaurant we went one night and my hubby ordered A Struglletown pizza and I did order a See food platter which i must say that was one of the best i ve ever had in my life. After the meal the chef Roberto came out of the kitchen and start talking to us , and what a nice funny man he is. After our dinner we felt that we did the right thing to come and visit this venue and we will be back for sure .
