Taco Bell - Mount Airy

SAVANNA is AWESOME!!! There was confusion about what my Taco Bell app says on my iPhone and what is passed on to the Taco Bell in Mount Airy, NC. SAVANNA saved the day when there was a discrepancy in the app. She was fast to recognize the differences and she had many smiles, laughs and energetic. She asked if it was important for me to drive forward, she would be there quickly. I turned, she came with a handwriting and made the purchase right. Within minutes she was back with the food. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about public relations. It was like talking to one of corporate. I asked her what her role was and she said she was one of the managers. From my point of view, Savanna has this establishment IMPROVED; Eating together with a good customer service, and time management has projected itself today. Savanna is great with people, an enormous listener, communicates with the public with loving kindness and at the same time she recognizes what is the problem and sees whether everything fits together. My afternoon thanks to SAVANNA!

Order by the app it was fast and fast pickup, although the drive thru was slammed.

I've loved Taco Bell for years, but this place has to be seen! You need a good manager or something. I got the wrong food 5 times in the car, so I went in to order. The people who worked there looked at me like I shouldn't be in there. No napkins, Condiment or SMILE! SUCKS...

Just be sure to check your order before leaving, to make sure you have all the CORRECT items in your bag. And speaking of the bag, be careful with it because they tear very easily. I also ordered a Nacho Bellgrande, but it certainly wasn't Grande, because it was lacking the tomatoes and sour cream!
